CONCEPT

Co-living is a new way of looking at life as part of a community. ‘Co-living’ is a term that goes with home-sharing and coworking. It represents a mixture between your private life (sharing, based on all living under the same roof) and working life (coworking, which is aimed at working with others in the same space). In addition to sharing a house and areas of shared interest, co-living is also about sharing values focused on openness of mind.

Because there are many areas of the house that are communal, Nomad’s House is the ideal place for striking up exchanges and meeting new people. This new way of living is based on mutual respect and respect for the shared spaces made available to you.

Although there is no “typical” target person as such, Nomad’s House is aimed at young workers and expatriates aged between 23 and 40. What conditions do you have to meet to rent a room? You need to want to share a unique experience, to be open to others and to discover new people and cultures.

We offer a basic service that includes the price of the room, the cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas, water, heating, electricity, WiFi and basic staples, as well as use of washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition to this basic charge, we also offer services on demand.
